Pastor Stephen M. Riddick is a faithful servant of God and the visionary leader of Rooftop Ministries Inc., COGIC International in Bridgeport, Connecticut. With a heart for people and a passion for transformative ministry, Pastor Riddick is committed to empowering individuals through faith, healing, and restoration.

Born in Ahoskie, North Carolina, Pastor Riddick developed a strong work ethic and a deep reverence for God early in life. He holds a Master’s Degree in Theology from William Clemon Davis Bible College, equipping him to teach and lead with both spiritual depth and academic integrity.

Pastor Riddick was ordained as an Elder under the leadership of his father-in-law, the late Sr. Bishop Richard G. Gatling Sr., and faithfully served for many years at Jackson Memorial COGIC International. He later joined Lifeline Ministries COGIC International, where he continued to grow in ministry under the leadership of Bishop Dwain V. Gatling. Most recently, he served at Original COGIC International in Brooklyn, NY, under Bishop Joseph Walker, Jurisdictional Prelate.

In June 2025, Pastor Riddick—alongside his wife, Evangelist Raenette G. Riddick officially launched  Rooftop Ministries Inc., which not only serves as a local church but as a beacon of outreach and empowerment for the greater community.

Pastor Riddick has a special calling to minister to the incarcerated and those battling addiction. His heart for the hurting has shaped a ministry built on grace, compassion, and second chances.

His leadership roles within the Church of God in Christ International include:

• President of the Elder and Pastor’s Council (appointed in 2012)

• National President of the YPWW Department (appointed in 2021)

Pastor Riddick is a devoted husband to Evangelist Raenette Riddick, and a proud father to Stephen, Tiffani, and Rae’Anna Riddick, as well as grandfather to Alyjah Riddick.
